By accessing or using SeaConnect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use the Service.
• Use the free tools and Marketplace responsibly; do not misuse Escrow or post fraudulent listings.
• Comply with all maritime laws (e.g., IMO regulations) when using features.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Escrow and Marketplace

• Escrow holds funds until verification; disputes are resolved by our team within 48 hours.
• Commissions (2-3%) are non-refundable; all deals are final upon verification.
• We are not liable for third-party disputes or losses from non-compliance.

Intellectual Property

All tools, templates, and content are owned by SeaConnect. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

Limitation of Liability

SeaConnect is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect damages from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
